Client needed a new Catheter assemblies with micro precision and very high quality product manufacturing
Process:
Developed a product plan with client engineers and consultants to build sample product for testing. This is Non-sterile product build, without documentation, for concept and product testing.
Testing stage – produced from products supplied by current Supply Chain. Produced a sample batch of catheter assemblies for FDA testing and proofing.
Build – Cathtek based suppliers approved by the client moved to production phase with total in-house Cathtek manufacturing
